  • Severe Genu Varus with Lateral Subluxation
  • Bilateral Fixed Flexion Deformity
  • Severe Lateral Thrust
  • Large Posterior Osteophytes
  • Left Knee was Worse than Right

Salient Features DuringSurgery:

  • Severe Bony Defect in the Left Knee Medially
  • Bony Defect was augmented with Wedge
  • Stem extensions were used to give additional stability on the left side
  • Large Posterior Osteophytes were removed which increased the extension gap
  • After Ligament Balancing, a large Insert was used

Post Operatively:

Patient had good stability and started walking independently without support after 1 month. ROM achieved was from 0-110deg.
